Scenario 1 – The Forgetful Friend
Problem: You’re the commissioner of the league looking to get the fantasy baseball season started on Yahoo! You’re playing $150 and you’ve got 12 of your best buds in mind. 11 payments (including yourself) have been made… where’s that twelfth guy’s money! “I’ll get it to you guys next time I see you, I promise. I keep forgetting…”
Solution: Now all players must pay as soon as they join a league… no more of this “next time” nonsense. Requiring the ability to pay for a league creates opportunities for everyone to just focus on the game.
Scenario 2 – The Drop Out
Problem: You’ve got 16 guys scheduled to draft on ESPN for fantasy football tomorrow night. You’re excited, there’s $200 per person in the league. All of a sudden, one of the players drops out. Great… now what?
Solution: FSM’s ‘Find Contacts’ feature will allow you to find that last person, given he/she is willing to pay the entrance fee and is available for the draft. All you have to do is put in the requirements, and someone agreeing to the terms will want to play with you and your friends.
Scenario 3 – I Need a Different Crew for Different Sports!
Problem: You’ve got your normal crew of fantasy basketball players. It’s always fun and you know you want to continue doing it every year. But you also have an interest in fantasy hockey, but none of your friends do. You don't want to play in one of those free public leagues because...well it's free and you don't win anything. There goes the exciting hockey season… right?
Solution: Nope. Once again, FSM’s ‘Find a League’ feature will let you join an already existing league, and you can be one of the participants. With the communication methods FSM provides, you’ll be able to connect, make new friends, play any fantasy sport you want and maybe win some cash. On the flip side, you can utilize FSM’s ‘Create a League’ feature and try to recruit players of your own.
Scenario 4 – My Commissioner is a Thief
Problem: My commissioner lost the league's prize pool!” and/or “My commissioner ran away to Mexico and is dancing to La Cucaracha with my money!”
Solution: FantasySportsMarket holds the league's entry fees in an FDIC Insured bank and all transactions are Versigin secured so your money is safe throughout the season. Now the commissioner’s main job will be to focus on the game and not “manage” the money. Use your credit or debit card, and just worry about who your sleeper picks will be.
Scenario 5 – The High Roller
Problem: I like to play high stakes fantasy games because I’m cool like that. But I’m no fool, I don’t trust anyone holding that kinda money in their underwear drawer. What do I do?
Solution: Once again, just gather your friends to FSM and safely deposit the money using plastic. Just worry about dominating your friends and winning the first grand place.
Scenario 6 – The Forgetful Commissioner
Problem: I won second place in my fantasy golf league, a proud winner of $450. But my commissioner is in another state, and he keeps forgetting to mail me my check. He’s my own brother, so it’s not a thieving issue, but I owe my landlord two months of rent.
Solution: FSM’s payout feature will handle making the payments to the rightful winners. We won’t even be late, as soon as you tell us the winner (based on the agreement made at the beginning of the season) and the voting piece is complete, we’ll start processing your check right away.
Scenario 7 – Girls in Fantasy Sports
Problem: I’m a girl and I like fantasy sports, a lot. I don’t want to particularly play with my guy friends because just they take it to another level. I just want to play a cheap, girls only league. Is that possible?
Solution: For sure, mi amor! FSM’s “Create a League” feature will allow you to put together a league of just females so you can get your game on. There’s no minimum as an entry fee either, if you want to play for $2, hey, we won’t stop you.
