This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the FSM’s Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Site and any personal information you provided on the Site remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that any image, photos, text or other content posted voluntarily by the Users onto the Site becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.
1. The Information We Collect
User Provided Information: at the time you sign up as a member of the Site (a “Member”) you will be asked to provide us with your personally identifiable information (name, e-mail address, physical address and phone number)(the “Personally Identifiable Information”). You will also be asked to provide us with information regarding your experience of playing fantasy sports, such as, the type of fantasy sports you play, the providers you use, the type of league, and range of entry fee you’re willing to pay (altogether, the “Fantasy Sports Background Information”) .You will also have the option of providing us with your screen names for various online chat forums. If you choose to use our invitation service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address (“3rd Party Information”).
Transaction Information: we will ask you to provide financial information to be used for transaction processing, such as credit card information and/or bank information.
Cookies: as part of our service, we use cookies to store and sometimes track information. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Web beacons: or clear gifs, are small pieces of code which we place on a web page to monitor the behavior and collect data about the visitors viewing a web page. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based e-mails sent to our Users to track which e-mails are opened by recipients.
2. How we use information
User Provided Information: we use your Personally Identifiable Information only to administer our business, and to provide you with products and services. We use your Personally Identifiable Information to notify you of updates to the Site and periodically send out e-mail and/or newsletters to you about our activities. We may use your Personally Identifiable Information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as product or service offerings. Your Fantasy Sports Background Information, real name, username, e-mail address (with your permission) and online chat screen names will appear under your public profile page. Your real name and user name will also appear under messages posted by you on the message board and may appear under images, photos or other content submitted by you. We will use the 3rd Party information to send your friend an email or instant message in your name inviting him or her to visit the site, and may send up to two reminders to them. FSM stores this information to send invitations and reminders, to register a friend connection if your invitation is accepted, to allow you to see invitations you have sent, and to track the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us through the “Support” page to request that we remove this information from our database.
Transaction Information: We do not store Transaction Information. In order to comply with federal and state laws, banking regulations, and other guidelines to minimize risk and authenticate Member identity, Members may be required to offer additional information in order to verify identity or address. This may include Members' social security number or other personal information. We may also obtain information about Members from third parties such as identity verification services
Cookies, Web Beacons and Log File Information: We use cookies ,web beacons, and log file information to: (i) remind us who you are and enable us to access your account information so you do not have to re-enter it; (ii) provide custom, personalized content and information; (iii) gather statistical information such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; (iv) monitor effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and ; and (v) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions and contests.

FSM also reserves the right to disclose User Provided Information which includes, Personally Identifiable Information (name, e-mail and physical addresses) that FSM believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce FSM’s Terms and Conditions, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of the Site, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of FSM, our Users and others.
3. Your Options
You may, of course, decline to submit User Provided Information, in which case FSM may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update or correct your User Provided Information at any time by visiting your account profile page. Please note that any content uploaded by users to the Site remain subject to our Terms and Conditions.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as asking you to set a password which you can reset by visiting your account profile page) to verify your identity before granting you profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password.
4. Third-Party Advertising
FSM may allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks monitor user’s response to ads, and they may also collect non-personal information through the use of cookies, Javascripts or web beacons on the Site. In certain situations, information collection may be facilitated by momentarily directing your browser to the web site of an ad server or other third party acting on behalf of the advertiser before re-directing your browser to its selected destination; this re-direction process will not be apparent to you. FSM does not provide any Personally Identifiable Information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks. The secure protected area of the FSM service may allow our customers, using a unique username and password, to access account information and transaction reporting, and to initiate or process transactions directly from the Website. FSM does not store Member's personal financial information.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that personal information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of our administrative, managerial and technical safeguards. If a Member believes that to have been involved in an unauthorized transaction, contact FSM by sending an email to legal@fantasysportsmarket.com.
If FSM learns of a security systems breach we may attempt to notify affected Members electronically so they can take appropriate protective steps. By using the FSM service, Members agree that FSM may communicate with Members electronically. FSM may post a notice on this Website if a security breach occurs. If this happens, Members will need a web browser enabling Members to view the fantasysportsmarket.com website. FSM may also send Members an email at the email address you have provided to us. Depending on where each Member lives, Members may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. 10. Notification of Changes
